When it can’t wait

Plumbing emergencies rarely happen at a convenient time. If water is pouring in, sewage is backing up or a pipe has burst, call us straight away rather than using the form. We’ll talk you through what to do while we get to you.

Our first job is to stop the damage, and our second is to fix the cause so it doesn’t happen again. We’ll explain what we found and what it will cost before we do the repair.

Book a plumber
What counts as a plumbing emergency?

Anything where water or sewage is causing damage or a health risk, such as a burst pipe, a major leak, an overflowing toilet, sewage backing up, or no water at all. A gas smell is also an emergency: leave the building and call 000 first.

Do you work after hours?

Yes. We take emergency and after-hours calls. Call us and we’ll tell you how soon we can be there.

What should I do before you arrive?

Turn off the water at the main stop tap, keep away from power points if there is water near them, and move belongings out of the wet area. Our first-aid guide on the home page has the steps.

Will you tell me the price first?

We explain the problem and the price before we start the repair, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

Which areas do you cover?

We service Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Port Stephens and the Central Coast. If you’re not sure whether we cover your suburb, call us.
